The property has 5 hectares of ground, of which 2,6 ha of vineyard, the vineyard has been classified biological from 2005. The vineyard is mainly barbera, but also has some Dolcetto, Cortese and Malvasia. There is a potential of app. 20.000 bottles a year, at the moment the owner combines winemaking with selling some of the grapes. The old classical cascina is L-shaped, and holds the habitation and the winery facilities.
