- Setback of fences from the road edge: 5.00 m except for the larger bands and except for the setbacks of fences whose road fronts are indicated in the standard road sections established by the PIP.
- Areas of the lot to be used for greenery and parking: at least 30% of the land surface, with a minimum of 1/3 of the free area designated for greenery.
- Minimum lot area: 2,000 sq. m.
- Accessory constructions on free areas: not permitted with the exception of parking sheds attached to the property boundaries in compliance with the 5.00 m gap from the main building.
- Maximum overall volume: mc. 20,000
The construction of office buildings of the production unit is permitted, comprising 2 floors + ground floor and for a covered area not exceeding 10% of the land surface.
However, production facilities that involve the emission of fumes or gaseous substances of any nature into the atmosphere are prohibited, even if within the tolerable limits permitted by the laws and provisions in force.
