PROPOSAL OF THE MONTH
The house is located in a quiet hamlet 5 km from the state road, near the Cly manor. Priceless, in fact, is the view that can be enjoyed from the balconies of the building, right on the castle.
The building has been almost completely renovated and is just a few meters from the public car park. It is free on three sides and is arranged on three levels. One of the strengths of the house is the presence of a covered courtyard that allows you to be outdoors even in mid-seasons. The living room, with a furnished kitchenette, is located on the mezzanine floor and opens onto the first balcony. A service / laundry bathroom completes this level. A custom-made wooden staircase connects the two residential floors. The bedroom has a large windowed bathroom, a walk-in closet and a balcony that runs along two sides of the building. An attic, accessible with a removable staircase, has been used as a loft with a sleeping and relaxing area. The semi-basement floor is divided into two cellars and houses the predisposition for hydro-thermo-pellet heating. Currently the house is thermo-independent with two stoves, one pellet and one wood-fired. The custom-built kitchen is included in the offer, as are the stoves.
PROPOSTA DEL MESE
La casa è sita in una frazione tranquilla posta a 5 km dalla strada statale, nei pressi del maniero di Cly. Impagabile, infatti, è la vista che si gode dai balconi dell'immobile, proprio sul castello.
Lo stabile è stato, quasi completamente, ristrutturato e dista pochi metri dal parcheggio pubblico. Esso risulta essere libero su tre lati ed è disposto su tre livelli. Uno dei punti di forza dell'abitazione è la presenza di una corte coperta che permette di stare all'aperto anche nelle mezze stagioni.
Il soggiorno, dotato di angolo cottura arredato, è posto al piano rialzato ed apre sul primo balcone. Un bagno di servizio/lavanderia, completa questo livello. Una scala in legno fatta su misura, collega i due piani di abitazione. La camera da letto dispone di un ampio bagno finestrato, di una cabina armadio e di un balcone che percorre due lati dell'immobile.
Un sottotetto, accessibile con scala rimovibile, è stato adibito a soppalco con zona letto e relax. Il piano semi-interrato è diviso in due cantine ed ospita la predisposizione per un riscaldamento a idro-termo-pellet. Attualmente la casa è termo-autonoma con due stufe, una a pellet e una a legna.
