Country house via Monfenera, Venegazzù, Volpago del Montello

It is difficult to resist the charm of the Montello, a territory being dominated by an exuberant nature that offers splendid views of a landscape that alternates between meadows, lush forests to lush vineyards. An area of rare beauty where splendid homes can be found in authentic magical corners where nature and history bind . It is in this magical environment that our proposal is situated: An ancient farmhouse nestling in a 2 hecatre park dotted with hundreds of trees of various nature. The residence is located at the foot of the hill and developed in a structure that stretches from east to west thus allowing the main facade to be orientated to the south which allows the home to enjoy superb solar lighting in all seasons.

This country home was completely renovated a few years ago preserving the spirit of the building and also the original materials used, such as exposed stone walls. The materials used and the finishes are of a high standard . The designer has reshaped the spaces adapting them to the modern way of living , discreetly luxurious in a modern context. This modern tecnology has also been used for fixtures and fittings . The home has a multi zone alarm system installed, viedeo surveillance cameras , air-conditioning in all the rooms , a satellite dish and an efficient 30Mb internet connection.

The distribution of the spaces on the ground floor includes a very large entrance , a guest bathroom and is enriched by the presence of a beautiful stone staircase leading to the upper floors. To the right of the entrance there is a large dining room which in turn comunicates through a brick archway with a very richly equipped kitchen and from here , there is access to a room specially designed as a pantry. Going out of the kitchen there is a splendid iron gazebo furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor dining in good weather.

To the left of the entrance hall one finds a large sitting room which features a fireplace adorned by an antique frame of ancient workmanship. The terracotta handmade flooring with its soft amber colours , laid with great skill makes a fine show.
The first floor, paved with light oak wood welcomes us into a large hall flanked by two areas.
The one to the east is occupied by the main bedroom which in addition to the large bedroom incudes two bathrooms, a walk-in closet and a study. The other zone situated to the west has two bedrooms en-suite . a turkish bath covered with mosaic , a laundry-ironing room and another bathroom.
On the second floor one finds the guest room with it's personal bathroom. The roof with its visible wooden beams and warm lighting gives you a relaxed feeling of well being. From here there is a magnificient view of the park .
