"Al Castello di Scilla Chianalea Rooms & Apartaments" by B&B Antilia is an independent residence just 70 meters from the Ruffo Castle of Calabria in a dominant position over the center of the village of Chianalea. It consists of 4 independent levels all overlooking the sea of the little Venice of the South: CHIANALEA. It has an entrance from Via Nazionale where you can park your car and a pedestrian entrance into the Borgo di Chianalea. The total white on the walls, combined with the colors of the sea of the Mediterranean chic style furnishings, the welcoming spaces and the refined functional design give a friendly and maritime atmosphere, which is enriched by the main comforts (climate, TV, wifi, kitchenette, bathroom private, hairdryer, linen) will make you feel pleasantly at home.
From the balconies and terraces it feels like you can touch the sea with your hands, you can observe the various types of fishing and in particular the legendary swordfish hunt which takes place right in front of our balconies. When you wake up you will only hear the voice of the seagulls and the sea, in the evening in total relaxation you will be lulled by the sound and scent of the sea and the sea breeze.
Each room has its own balcony overlooking the sea equipped with table and chairs so you can also have breakfast or eat with this spectacular view. Having breakfast on our verandas is something unique and priceless. The rooms and apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi. Our property is just 70 meters from Castello Ruffo , a few steps from the Sirens beach where the myth of Ulysses, the Sirens, the Sorceress Circe and that of Scylla & Charybdis still lives. From here the scenery is unique in the world with Sicily and the Aeolian Islands in front and the passage of the ships in the mouth of the Strait of Messina. Here lives myth, history, legend, and the passion for sea life handed down from ancestors. The location of our structure is central and all services within easy reach; just 20 meters away is a very panoramic pizzeria restaurant; you can easily reach the central Piazza di San Rocco where there is a panoramic view of the Spiaggia delle Sirene and the Strait of Messina with the backdrop of the Aeolian Islands and the Ruffo Castle of Calabria. You can easily park your car in front of the structure, parking is free. Our structure aims to host small events, stag and hen parties, surprise parties, themed parties.
