VALTELLINA ... DO IT YOURSELF HOME IN THE PIANA DELLA SELVETTA. Wolf time: sometimes it happens to use this expression, when it snows, the cold is intense and the brunette seems to wrap and suspend all life. This is almost the environment that the traveler (... including wolves) met who, still in 1834, intended to cross the Selvetta plain a few kilometers south-west of Sondrio. Today the plain, even on the coldest winter days, shows a much less lugubrious and disturbing scenario, and indeed, it becomes an ideal place for lovers of jogging, quiet bicycles and relaxing trout fishing sessions. In the heart of the plain, in a small rural village close to the Adda river and the Statale n.38, we sell a typical period farmhouse. Structurally in good condition, it consists of a free building on three sides and on three floors of 60sqm each, already used for residential purposes. With a large and typical stairwell, it consists of two large rooms on each floor, a 20sqm terrace with an old external toilet on the first floor, two underlying rooms used as a cellar-warehouse and an entire attic floor.
