Protected by the Valle d'Aosta Autonomous Region thanks to its architectural value, the building consists of two wooden portions built between 1783 and 1863. The restoration work began in autumn 2013 and recently completed.
The complete restoration of the property involved the skilful recovery and enhancement of the typical Gressonari architectural elements.
