The old Valle d'Aosta residence "Village Pont-Sec" stands immersed in a wood "historic monument" of ash and larch trees in the Gressoney valley. The conservative restoration intervention has maintained the characteristics of the typical buildings of the area and of the time, such as wooden or stone balconies, iron and wooden balustrades. All apartments can take advantage of a relaxation area / children's playroom on the ground floor of the main building, with a splendid view towards the upper valley and a large green area facing it. In addition, for sports enthusiasts, there are two condominium rooms in the basement used for ski and bicycle storage. All the apartments have been finished with wooden flooring, brushed oak wood, hand-planed, the external and internal doors and windows have been made by local artisans in laminated fir and each accommodation is equipped with a flue for stove or fireplace. The apartment has an entrance on the third floor with a masonry staircase leading to the fourth and last attic floor where the entire building is developed. It consists of a large living room with kitchenette with balcony, three bedrooms and two bathrooms and closet / walk-in closet. Internal finishes with stone inserts and exposed beams; uncovered parking space of relevance combined.--06cdaaf6b889366e657ca1bca4204bc3!
