DIANO BORELLO: Villatalla, about 4 km from the sea, bordering Diano Castello. Large rustic house to renovate. The area is quiet and residential, enclosed by stone walls. The main door serves as the entrance for three families. Our rustic house is detached and on two levels. On the ground floor, there are two rooms registered as storage, characterized by exposed stonework in both the walls and vaults. The height allows us to convert them into bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a private entrance, where there is a bathroom and boiler. The storage room is adjacent, so it is possible to connect the two rooms. Upstairs, the entrance opens into the eat-in kitchen, which overlooks the large terrace, allowing us to eat outside on sunny days, and a bedroom. The exposure makes the house bright and sunny all day.
