US is Italy’s largest local-service marketplace. Although we are experiencing extremely rapid growth, we haven’t yet achieved our objective. We are looking for brilliant people to help us achieve it.

Our objective is to have a real social impact on Italy, Switzerland and Austria: we wish to bring transparency and meritocracy in a market where they are severely lacking, and give work to the people who really deserve it. We also firmly believe that, in order to have a meaningful impact, it is not enough to create value for a few customers: we need to build and scale product that will be used by millions.

In March 2015 we launched with 2 people, now we are already more than 100 people. The average age in our office is 29, and we work in open-space, where we strive to minimize bureaucracy: everyone has great responsibility and directly impacts our success. We have prestigious institutional investors such as, while our angel investors and advisors hold leadership positions at Google, Facebook, eBay, McKinsey and Unicredit; it’s safe to say we don’t have the risk profile of a typical startup.

We do have competitors: we actually were the last company to enter this market. However, we are not concerned: we are now 3 times bigger than the second largest player.

For our new office in Vienna we are now looking for people who get excited at the prospect of building a huge company that will greatly affect the lives of millions, as it does already in Italy.

Your Tasks

  • You will be responsible for ProntoPro’s growth on all fronts: traffic, users, revenues
  • You will have full ownership: You define targets and set KPIs, you do the planning and you update with reports to all relevant stakeholders
  • You will manage all major paid marketing channels (SEM, paid social, E-Mail Marketing) - you will propose where we should invest
  • You will screen, negotiate and manage partnerships based on impact and profitability 
  • You will find new ways and strategies that will lead to performance optimization - whether through lean tests, A/B Experiments or ongoing optimization of current channels
  • You will work against a monthly target



  • You usually value data more than opinions - You have strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Excel, SQL is a plus but not required. You’ll just learn it afterwards)
  • You studied Engineering, Mathematics or a quantitative Business major (e.g. Finance)
  • You have 1 or 2 years experience preferably in a quantitatively driven field (as an analyst, consultant, developing software)
  • You speak German (mother tongue level) and English
  • You are itching for real responsibility - to be in a position where you can really make or break the company (Note: This is why you don't want to work for a big brand or corporate firm - you want to take ownership in your best years not when you're old)
  • You like automations - and are eager to develop scalable processes (no matter if you use Python, JavaScript or Google Spreadsheets) 
  • You want to work with young people who are smart (perhaps smarter than you) and make you better
  • You want to make diverse experiences: We allow for job rotation after your first year - so you can see it all
  • Your approach sounds much like: I'll make this happen - no matter what!
