Euroflora 2025: Genoa prepares to host the international plant and flower exhibition

From 24 April to 4 May 2025, the city of Genoa will once again be the capital of floriculture with the thirteenth edition of Euroflora, the international plant and flower exhibition recognised by the AIPH (International Association of Horticultural Producers).

The event will be held in the new Levante Waterfront, designed by architect Renzo Piano, a charming site overlooking the Ligurian Sea that celebrates the perfect union between nature and modern architecture.

An edition dedicated to rebirth and sustainability

The 2025 edition of Euroflora will be completely revamped, not only in terms of location but also with regard to content.

The chosen theme, ‘Rebirth’, is intended to be a message of hope and confidence in the future, an invitation to celebrate the beauty and vitality of the plant world. The event will also be an opportunity to reflect on the importance of respecting the environment and to promote sustainable development models.

A wide variety of installations and exhibitors

The new Levante Waterfront will offer Euroflora a variety of exhibition spaces overlooking the sea, suitable for all types of production:

• from nursery plants to flowering plants,
• from cut flowers to floral arrangements,
• from bonsai collections to original creations by various designers.

In addition to floral displays, Euroflora 2025 will offer a rich programme of events, exhibitions, conferences, workshops and educational activities to engage audiences of all ages.

Visitors will be able to immerse themselves in a unique sensory experience, strolling through themed gardens, olfactory trails and artistic installations.

Euroflora 2025 is committed to being a sustainable event. The aim is to obtain ISO 20121 certification, a management standard for the sustainable organisation of events. To achieve this goal, various measures will be adopted, including:

• the use of recyclable and biodegradable materials;
• reducing energy and water consumption;
• promoting green mobility;
• raising public awareness of environmental sustainability issues.
