From Eur to North Rome, here’s where the VIPs and footballers live in Rome

Rome is one of the largest and most populous cities in Italy. But even on a global scale, it is impressive: it’s twice the size of New York, and only a few square kilometres smaller than Los Angeles. In such a vast area, it is only natural that there are many opportunities in terms of real estate.

Eur District: Which Celebrities Live There?

Until recently, Eur was home to one of the city’s golden couples: Ilary Blasi and Francesco Totti. Their long-lasting union has now come to an end.

The two used to live in the Eurosky Tower, a skyscraper renowned for its eco-sustainable construction. The location certainly comes at a price.

North Rome: Olgiata and Vigna and the Lazio footballers

Even those who don’t live in this metropolis know that the northern part is generally more sought-after and “posh”.

But of all the areas, Olgiata is certainly one of the most beautiful. There is a park there that is practically a small neighbourhood in itself. It is a small paradise of peace and security, with 24-hour surveillance.

Casal Palocco: the footballers who live there

The Casal Palocco district is where most of the Roma team’s players live. In fact, they benefit from their location, being close to the pitch where they regularly train.

There are also many other celebrities in this area: Marco Del Vecchio, Milly Carlucci and Catherine Spaak all lived in this charming residential neighbourhood.

Before Eur, this was also the neighbourhood of the former captain of Roma. Because of all this influx of stars, many call this area the “Beverly Hills” of Italy.
