Luminoso monolocale di 33 mq al 5°piano all'interno di un Residence , composto da angolo cottura, camera da letto matrimoniale, bagno e un terrazzo di 15 mq che affaccia nello splendido parco.
La peculiarità è lo splendido e tranquillo contesto nel quale è collocato, all'interno di un meraviglioso residence comprensivo di splendide ed ampie aree verdi, piscina, parcheggio esterno e portineria h24.

E' consentito parcheggiare la macchina gratuitamente, nell'area parcheggi adibiti ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti.
Vi è servizio di reception con un portiere a disposizione degli ospiti sia di giorno che di notte H24.

A 40 metri dal residence vi è un bar sempre aperto, a 200 metri dal residence vi sono ristoranti, bar e supermercati,
a 400 metri ( 8 minuti a piedi) si trova la fermata Metropolitana Cornelia Linea A, in 16 minuti di metro si arriva nel cuore di Roma a Piazza di Spagna.
Situato in un oasi di pace nel verde, ma comunque centrale, nel residence è presente una sala colazioni aperta sino alle 09,30 dove è possibile consumare la colazione sia italiana che continentale a buffet (servizio a pagamento).

L' ingresso in piscina è a pagamento aperta nei mesi estivi (da giugno a fine agosto).

Se si desidera è possibile richiedere le pulizie dell'appartamento (servizio a pagamento 10 euro) o il cambio della biancheria (servizio a pagamento 15 euro) o ambedue (servizio a pagamento 25 euro) durante il pernottamento.

Bright 33 square metre studio apartment on the 6th floor within a Residence, comprising a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a 15 square metre terrace overlooking a splendid park.
The peculiarity is the splendid and quiet context in which it is located, inside a wonderful residence with splendid and spacious green areas, swimming pool, outdoor parking and 24-hour concierge.

You are allowed to park your car free of charge in the parking area designated for the exclusive use of guests.
There is a reception service with a concierge available to guests both day and night H24.

40 metres from the residence there is a bar which is always open, 200 metres from the residence there are restaurants, bars and supermarkets,
400 metres away (8 minutes on foot) is the Cornelia Metro station on Line A, a 16 minute metro ride takes you to the heart of Rome at the Spanish Steps.
Located in an oasis of peace in the green, but still central, in the residence there is a breakfast room open until 09,30 where it is possible to have both Italian and continental buffet breakfast (service fee).

The swimming pool is open in the summer months (from June to the end of August) for a fee.

If you wish, you can ask for the flat to be cleaned (service charge 10 euro) or the linen to be changed (service charge 15 euro) or both (service charge 25 euro) during your stay.
