The bed is located in a double room inside a co-living building.

Your stay will be very pleasant: our shared kitchen with dining room, relaxation rooms, study rooms for socializing or simply studying in company; TV room to watch films and matches; internet point and let's not forget the practicality: reserved internal industrial laundry, internal parking spaces, a large green park with vineyard and the reception always available.
The monthly cost includes all consumption, weekly cleaning with linen change, wifi and 24-hour availability.

This bed can be rented just to students and academic workers.

CONTRACT
Please, note that to all our listings we apply fortnightly contracts. This means that If you check-in during the first half of the month, you will be charged for the full month. If you check-in during the second half of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. The second half of the month starts on the 16th.
