The property (450 sqm), spread over 3 floors without elevator, sleeps up to 11 people for a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (including 1 toilet).

Ground Floor: This floor, which is accessed through two separate entrances, is made up of a cozy living room with comfortable sofas and a dining room. Following a toilet and another living room with direct access to the garden, furnished with sofas and flat TV.
The spacious Tuscan style kitchen, which has also direct access to the garden, is fully equipped with wooden breakfast table, fireplace, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer.

First floor: The first floor, which is accessed via two flights of stairs, consists of four bedrooms. More specifically, there is a double bedroom (with divisible beds) and a twin bedroom (ideal for children). Both bedrooms share a beautiful and spacious frescoed bathroom with bathtub.
