Al centro di un piccolissimo borgo (castello) del XII secolo incastonato tra le colline Umbri e circondato da boschi e campi, si trova questa caratteristica residenza (palazzino).
Al piano terra si trova ampio (27 mq) e luminoso soggiorno con ingresso principale e camino, cucina completamente attrezzata, incluso lavastoviglie ma soprattutto un camino del 16° secolo e una stufa a legna funzionante. Sullo stesso piano c'è la lavatrice e un bagno.
Al primo piano ci sono tre camere da letto, due delle quali completamente rinnovate e che fungono da spazio di lavoro/notte trasformabile, un bagno completo con box doccia. Ogni camera ha le porte a doppio vetro che si aprono sul balcone, la camera da letto principale ha il suo piccolo bagno privato. Dal corridoio di questo piano le porte anche a doppio vetro vi conducono al terrazzo grande e piccolo, c’è anche una scala a chiocciola ad una camera da letto in mansarda con il proprio bagno privato. La mansarda è accessibile anche da dietro della casa tramite la porta esterna e può essere utilizzata come spazio indipendente per gli ospiti.

On the ground floor it features large (27sq.m.) and bright living room with main entrance and fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher and fridge, but most importantly a 16th century fireplace and a working wood stove. On the same floor there is washing machine and a small bathroom.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of which are completely renovated and serving as transformable working/sleeping space, one full bathroom with the shower stall and a hall/corridor. Each bedroom has double glassed doors opening to the balcony and master bedroom has a small en suite bathroom. From the corridor on this floor there are doors leading to the small and the grand terrace, but also a spiral staircase to a bedroom in the attic with its own private bathroom. This space is also accessible from behind the house via external door and can be used as an independent guest space.
The house has all the central communications – natural gas, water, sewage ans is heated with the natural gas boiler, which can be always supplemented by two fireplaces and wood stove.
This house can serve as the main residence or a vacation/weekend getaway.
