NB: this money is NOT a deposit, we dont ask the deposit to our tenants.

-Rent payment:
For administrative reasons, the monthly payment has to be made by the 5th of each month

NB: The rooms are made available without sheets and blankets
NBB: It is COMPULSORY to put mattress covers and sheets on the bed and the pillowcase on the pillow
