The warm tones of the parquet floor create harmony with the materials and furnishing elements. The two-room apartment has direct access to the living area and kitchen. A dining table with chairs placed at the side of the ancient fireplace (not usable), a bookcase surrounding the double sofa bed, a beautiful kitchen equipped and equipped with everything you need, and the Smart TV, are the elements that make up this part of the house, the living area. A door leads to the sleeping area, where the bedroom is located; the double bed (container) has a comfortable memory mattress. A large wardrobe is placed in front of it. Finally, we find a bathroom with a shower and toilet. In a compartment, at your disposal, you will find all the accessories for cleaning the house and the washing machine/dryer. A small balcony overlooking the internal courtyard in front of the door offers a table with two chairs.

COSTS

- Contract registration fee 105 euro
- Late check-in fee 50 euro after 21
- Final cleaning fee is 80 euro
- It includes 2 cleanings per month with linen change.
