This charming apartment offers a picturesque view of the city, with its kitchen boasting a large window overlooking the rooftops of Ostuni. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, with a sofa bed, double bed, and single bed available.

"The 5 Elemento Residence" project aimed to restore the glory of a historic building in Ostuni's historic district. Originally constructed in the 16th century, the building was partially renovated in recent years. The restoration sought to blend historical elements with modernity, resulting in a unique space where history and modernity coexist.

The mansion, now completely renovated, offers accommodation for up to 49 guests across multiple apartments. Each apartment features a sleeping area, living space with a kitchen, and common areas including a reception hall, master lounge, ancient chapel, relaxation area with a bathtub, and an internal courtyard. The building is wheelchair accessible with an internal lift.

All apartments are equipped with kitchens complete with induction hobs, ovens, refrigerators with freezer compartments, toasters, kettles, and coffee makers. The bathrooms feature walk-in showers, refill courtesy kits, and hairdryers with diffusers.

Attractions in Ostuni include its picturesque medieval village, known as the White Town, with its maze of streets, whitewashed houses, craft shops, and typical restaurants. Visitors can explore the old town center and immerse themselves in its historic ambiance.

The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee.
