The project aimed to restore the grandeur of a significant landmark in Ostuni's historic Chianca de ora district. Originally constructed in the 16th century, the building underwent extensive renovation in 2017. The restoration focused on preserving the historical elements while incorporating modern amenities, resulting in a unique blend of history and contemporary comfort.

The renovated mansion now offers accommodation for up to 49 guests across multiple apartments, ranging in size from 36 to 84 square meters. Each apartment features a sleeping area, a living space with a kitchen, and common areas such as a reception hall, master lounge, ancient chapel, relaxation area with a bathtub, and an internal courtyard. The building is wheelchair accessible, with an internal lift for convenience.

All apartments are equipped with modern kitchens, including induction hobs, ovens, refrigerators with freezer compartments, toasters, kettles, and coffee makers. The bathrooms feature walk-in showers, refill courtesy kits, and hairdryers with diffusers.

Attractions in Ostuni include its picturesque medieval village, known as the White Town, with its maze of alleys, whitewashed houses, craft shops, and restaurants. Visitors can explore the old town center, known as "la terra," to experience its charming atmosphere and unique architecture.

The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee.
