The restoration project, aimed at revitalizing a historic building in Ostuni's Chianca de ora district, sought to blend historical elements with modern amenities. Originally constructed in the 16th century, the building underwent partial renovation in recent years to create a unique space where history and modernity converge.

The fully renovated mansion now offers accommodation for up to 49 guests across multiple apartments. Each unit includes a sleeping area, a living space with a kitchen, and various common areas such as a reception hall, master lounge, ancient chapel, relaxation area with a bathtub, and an internal courtyard. The building is wheelchair accessible, featuring an internal lift for convenience.

All apartments are equipped with modern amenities, including kitchens with induction hobs, ovens, refrigerators with freezer compartments, toasters, kettles, and coffee makers. The bathrooms feature walk-in showers, refill courtesy kits, and hairdryers with diffusers.

Attractions in Ostuni include its picturesque medieval village, known as the White Town, which offers a maze of streets, whitewashed houses, craft shops, and traditional restaurants for visitors to explore and enjoy.

The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee.
