Two-room apartment on the second floor with lift of a modern building.

Functionally furnished for all types of travellers, the apartment has a bedroom and can accommodate up to 2 people. Therefore excellent for couples, friends and business trips. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and a fast wi-fi connection for those who want to work remotely. Thanks to the proximity of public transport, it is possible to quickly reach the city center and places of major interest. The apartment is located on the second floor of a modern building, a beautiful building with a lift. It consists of an entrance hall, a living room with kitchen, a bathroom and a room with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. In the house you will find everything you need to make your stay pleasant.



The apartment is at guests' complete disposal.
Upon your arrival you will find:

Bovisa is a historic district of Milan, born from an old farmhouse in Porta Comasina of which no trace remains today, the Cascina Bovisa, around which an agricultural village was formed in the 19th century and was later incorporated into Milan.
During the early 1900s, the neighborhood had an important industrial vocation, thanks also to the creation of the railway lines.
It was also the head(hidden) of the Milano Film founded in 1909. From those times a plaque survives today dedicated to the later Armenia Film in via Baldinucci, to commemorate the large studio where short films and historical and patriotic films were shot.
Two intellectuals of the caliber of Ermanno Olmi and Giovanni Testori loved the mists and chimneys of the Bovisa. Getting around
The area is well served by public transport (tram, bus, Bovisa station) and is located just 2.5 km from the Niguarda Hospital and just 200 meters from the Bovisa Polytechnic campus.The apartment is located a few meters from Piazza Bausan, the heart of Bovisa.
Not far away is the Bovisa stop of the railway link, very convenient for those arriving or departing from Malpensa. Tram 2 and Bus 92 will take you downtown; the Yellow Line underground station DERGANO can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. From MALPENSA airport it is possible to take the Malpensa Express and get off at Bovisa. From LINATE, bus 73 to San Babila and then the Metro to Dergano. Parking in the area is easy and free. Near the apartment, there is a stop for tram 2 and bus 92 which connect directly with the center / brera / navigli / central station.


When you will be in the apartment, please respect the following simple rules:

Upon your arrival we will give you the keys, we will show you the apartment and its equipment and we will give you all the directions and information you need. At check-in, you will be asked for an identity card to proceed with registration.
You will be asked to pay the tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night (only for adults and subject to exemptions provided by the Municipality of Milan) We can organize late check-in outside the scheduled time slot for prior check-in agreements at least one day before at a cost of 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 02:00.
