The living room and the kitchen present themselves as two communicating spaces characterized by different wooden shades and by beige and white colors that create a wide and livable day area. Two ample windows brighten the whole space and a chamois textured sofa in deep grey that, if needed, it can be used ad a comfortable double sofabed, put together the living room.
Instead, the modern style and the practice are the guidelines of the kitchen that hosts a really nice dining table.
Bedrooms and bathroom
Proposing one more time the beige range of colors that we found in the day area, in the m(hidden)edroom you can observe a large double bed and a capacious wardrobe that seems perfect to put your personal stuff in it.
A really cozy single bed and a lot of space that you can use to read or to study, are the principal peculiarities of the smaller bedroom, not to mention the simplicity of the atmosphere that covers the entire room up to the wardrobe.
The hues of the whites are the main characters of the bathroom that mark out every single element of this space included the fantastic shower that will make your showers pure moments of relaxation.
HOUSE RULES
Our prices include Residence Service with assistance and include: VAT10%, utilities (electricity and gas up to a maximum daily amount), check-in assisted by (hidden) Staff, internet Wi-fi. You do not have to pay condominium fees or agency fees.

Tax excluded from the price:
For stays of 30 nights or longer, during the check-in, a short term tenancy agreement will be stipulated. In order to properly register the contract, the payment of a stamp duty (equal to 32) and a registration tax (equal to 2% of the rent with a minimum of 67) will be needed - only half of this amount will be paid by the guest. There are exemptions in case of application of the tax withholding (cedolare secca) fiscal regime.
During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy (more information: (hidden)).
Security deposit
We remind you that on arrival day will be required a security deposit, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 72 working hours from day of departure.
Check-in time
The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. - 30.
Final Cleaning Service
You may have to pay a fine starting from 30 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e. floor, furniture, etc.) in good conditions; leave the kitchen clean (hob with no meal leftovers and/or dishes and tableware to wash); dispose of trash properly.
Utilities
The utilities are included up to a maximum daily amount in order to respect the environment.

Riproponendo la gamma di colori sul beige che abbiamo trovato nella zona giorno, nella camera da letto principale possiamo osservare un grande letto matrimoniale affiancato da un altrettanto capace armadio a muro che sembra ideale per riporre i vostri indumenti.
