The loft, immersed in the greenery of Forlanini Park, is an oasis of tranquility in the hectic Milan. It is located near the Ortica district, an authentic district of old Milan. The epicenter of the district is undoubtedly the beginning of Via Ortica with its clubs, bars and pastry shops.
Ortica is rich in murals that tell the story of the 20th century Milanese. Twenty works of urban art, among the most imposing in Italy, depict the history of Milan on the walls of this district.

The loft consists of a large living area with sofa, kitchen and dining table. Upstairs is the bedroom with the bathroom with shower.
It is located in an elegant residential complex which is 900 metres from the bus stop 38.

The park, one of the largest in the city, is located to the east, along the Lambro River. It was inaugurated in the 1970s and named after Enrico Forlanini, pioneer in the aeronautical industry, inventor of the hydrofoil and the dirigible.

The park allows outdoor activities for all citizens: it has playgrounds for children, bowling fields; it is suitable for training for long runs for runners, allows cycling in the avenues and, through a network of cycle paths, is connected to nearby parks.

Next to the park is the sports center Saini, with the athletic track, the Olympic swimming pool and for diving, the tennis courts.

The nearest bus stop is Via Corelli/Via Aquila on line 38.
From Milan Linate Airport, the apartment can be reached by car in 8 minutes and by public transport in 40 minutes.
The city centre is 20 minutes by car and 40 minutes by bus.

TOTAL MONTHLY COSTS:
- 1100/month rent
- 350/month for additional charges (condominium expenses: 200/month and utilities: 150/month - water, electricity, gas, heating)

ONE-OFF COSTS:
- 1100: security deposit (the deposit will be returned within 14 days of check-out subject to apartment verification)
- 170: Customer Care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence
- 200 (VAT included) for the final cleaning of the apartment

Linen is not included.

Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send to Mysa Properties the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs not collected from (hidden) (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.
