The apartment has a washing machine, Internet Wi-Fi, air conditioning, supply of towels, sheets, and blankets.

Well served by surface transport and the green metro line, it is located in the heart of Brera, a wonderful district of the city where you can find many clubs, restaurants, and shops. There is also a supermarket 2 minutes away on foot

Please note that for a check-in after 8pm (standard time) a supplement of Euro 100.00 is required to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Check-in after standard hours must always be agreed in advance.

Important to note:
- at the check-in tenants will need to pay 63 per person as city tax
- due to the city event Salone del Mobile for the month of April there will be a surcharge of 30% on the month rent
- Monthly rent includes 2 cleaning per month. Extra cleanings have to be paid separately.
