The location, in central Via G. Washington, ranks among the best in Milan and will allow you to live within
reach of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, banks, a station of public share-bicycles, laundries,
hairdressers, pharmacies, etc. Buses n. 50; 58; 61; 90; 91 stop nearby and allow you to easily reach
Universities, Academies, and hotspots throughout the rest of the town.

Rental Condition:
-Rent: 2.000 euro/month, all bills included (condominium, gas, electricity, internet, heating; garbage
collection), as all kind of taxes due by the tenant.
-Type of contract: Two written,registered and all-inclusive contracts of 1.000,00 per month (one contract for each room
and for each tenant), legally valid for the previously agreed period of stay. Final professional sanitization, cleaning up and
laundry will be charged 300,00 per room .
-Deposit: for each contract, the deposit is 1-month rent for stays up to 4 months; 2 months rent for longer stays.
***Daily contract: Calculation of the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay. You
will pay the monthly rent for each whole month that you book, but the first and last month you will
simply pay for the days that you stay (Just like a hotel).
