Upon entry, you're greeted by the living area with an open floor plan kitchen equipped with a washing machine, oven, refrigerator, and freezer. The living room is tastefully furnished with a table for 4 guests, a TV corner, three comfortable armchairs, and a charming wood-burning fireplace. From here, you can access the service bathroom, which includes a toilet, sink, and shower.

A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll find the first bedroom furnished with a French bed and a wardrobe with 4 doors. Separated by a sliding door is the second bedroom, complete with a double bed, chest of drawers, and a niche wardrobe in the wall. This bedroom also features an open bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet.

A city tourist tax will be applied, with a cost of 3 per person per night for a maximum of 14 nights.

The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee.
