Completely renovated farmhouse, immersed in the Pesaro hills and a stone's throw from the sea, reachable in just 10 minutes. Pesaro, the city of Gioachino Rossini, entertains all ages, our province boasts over 30 ancient villages. Very close to Urbino, home of the Italian Renaissance and birthplace of Raffaello Sanzio.

The house is composed of an entrance; 3 bedrooms; two bathrooms; a dining room and lounge; an equipped kitchen; a terrace and two verandas. The entire space was created to ensure that whoever stays there, feels at home. The house is surrounded by a green space where organic fruit and vegetable cultivation has been introduced. The cottage reserves ample space to enjoy children and dinners under the stars with family and friends. Your pets will be able to enjoy the outdoor spaces, which is why I kindly ask you not to bring them into the house.

Guests will be able to use the entire house, arranged on two floors. The large garden will allow them to enjoy the country air, eat outdoors, and have space to park their cars.

It will also be possible to request additional services such as:
° Bicycle rental for trips to the countryside;
° Tennis lessons in the city club;
° Riding stables a few meters from the house, from which it is possible to go horse riding.
