Each of our rooms is furnished with everything you need to make your university years an unforgettable experience. We offer you a comfortable environment, in which to feel safe and forge relationships that will accompany you throughout your studies and beyond.

The Twodio Low is a small apartment consisting of two main bedrooms with independent entrances and a small anteroom with access to the shared bathroom, located on floors 0-3 of the building. Each of the two main bedrooms measures approximately 13 square meters and is furnished with a 120 cm bed, wardrobe and storage shelves, a study area with desk and chair and finally a living area with table, two stools and kitchen with sink. fridge, induction hob and two ovens: electric and microwave. The heating is centralized and the room is equipped with a practical thermostat to manage the internal temperature. The private bathroom measures approximately 4 square meters and is equipped with a comfortable shower.

The indicated price is per person/month.

VISITING REGIME
1. Any visits are allowed only in the Common Study Areas subject to the Accommodation Team approval
from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm. Maximum 1 visitor per Resident. Visitors are not allowed in the Gym, Cinema
Room.
2. Guests must be identified at the Reception. All guests should be met by the resident.
3. All Guests are required to leave their personal ID at the Accommodation Team.
4. Residents will be responsible for their guests.

*When booking this property through Roomless, the tenant will be charged Roomless' service fee. The first monthly rent, administrative costs and all remaining payments will be paid directly to the residence once the booking request is confirmed.
