The renovation has just been completed. The price includes rent, cleaning bathrooms and common areas, internet access WiFi, TV, furniture, water and condo fees. Over the rent, there is only electricity and gas(about 30 euro month). It's needed a deposit equal to one month rent. At the moment the rooms are rented to girls and boys who study at the university or at their first job experience.
