La stanza è dotata di letto a 2 piazze, armadio 3 ante, comodino, tendaggi, specchio, cucina arredata e corredata con tutto il necessario e bellissimo bagno condiviso con solo un altro monolocale per una persona.

OUR CONDITIONS:

2. We offer all-inclusive rooms. The rent includes: condominium expenses, electricity, gas, heating, water, WIFI, waste tax. In the house it is forbidden to smoke. - an Apartment Manager at your disposal that you can call for any need during your stay

- all the bureaucratic formalities and registration

this 450 fee will be asked to cover all these things
