THE BEDROOM:

Ideal for a student who wants to live a Florentine experience! The door is lockable with a key.

THE APARTMENT:
The apartment is composed of four spacious bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a fully-equipped comfortable kitchen with a flat-screen SMART TV.
The local area is well-serviced within 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment with: supermarkets (Penny Market, Esselunga ,Coop), a self-operated wash n dry laundry service, pharmacies, banks, post office, coffee bars and local shops. 4) Apartment service fees for the following: 24/7 check-in and check-out, weekly cleaning of the kitchen, bathroom, corridor and student's bedroom, replacement of lost keys, 24/7 SOS assistance, checkout extra ordinary bedroom cleaning fee). Students staying for one semester (4/5 months) 700 Euro, students staying for 2 semesters (9/10 months) 1200 Euro, year students (11/12 months) 1000 Euro.
