Appena fuori dal paese collinare di Roccaverano, famoso per la fantastica robiola, e in una splendida posizione tranquilla nella borgata di Vengore, questa è un'occasione interessante.

Just outside the hilltop village of Roccaverano, famous for the fantastic Robiola cheese, and in a wonderful tranquil location in the borgata of Vengore, this is an attractive occasion.

Consisting of two units this could be one spacious accommodation or kept separate with one as a guest-apartment or even a rental. Both have very panoramic terraces and you can see all the “five towers” of the neighbouring hilltops.

The current habitation was renovated 15 years ago, and at the same time the roof of the other unit was also renovated.

Both units have two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living room. There are also tavernetta, several caves/cantinas and a garage.

These old stone structures are fascinating and will boost your creativity!

The adjoining land is on the other side of the quiet road, it’s private, terraced and we’ve already found the perfect place for the swimming pool!
