The two-room apartment is located in the Quartiere Triennale. The area occupied by the Fiera Milano City and the Monte Stella Park are some of the reference points of this section located north-west of the historic centre.

The apartment consists of an entrance that opens onto the living area, the with a sofa, a TV, a dining table and a kitchen. The double bedroom is equipped with a large wardrobe, while the bathroom is complete with shower. The apartment also has an outdoor area with a corner dedicated to laundry.

The nearest metro stop is Uruguay M1 (red line) and is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. The nearest bus stop for line 40 is a 3-minute walk away.
Fiera Milano (Rho Fiera) can be reached in 6 minutes by car and 25 minutes by public transport.

Monthly rates:

• 100,00€ for building fees;

If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.
