(i.e. "transitorio") 3 months deposit, with an option to even pay for the full stay's worth of rent up front (utilities, see below)

Hi there! I'm renting my house in Via delle Belle Arti, specifically one bedroom and one soppalco suite. This listing would be for the soppalco.

The room is approximately 10 sq. meters, and everything that is visible in the picture will be provided; the bed, the sheets, the table, the lamp, the drawer (under the bed), and chest storage.

The soppalco has only a radiator heater connected in the living room but in the house there's an AC/Heat pump located in the kitchen, with further plans to add another unit in the living room/soppalco area and/or the master bedroom.

Utilities are PARTIALLY covered, internet is always free (as I will personally be living in the house myself). The utilities (Gas, light, water, trash tax) will be divided on an nth basis (i.e., if you're the only person who's renting, we'll pay half-half, if another person is also present, we'll pay in 1/3rds. There MAY be Airbnb guests.). Spese condo is 25EUR.

Security: There is a CCTV system in the commons area, with a further plan to install one more near the front entrance in the future; the doorbell is an Amazon Ring intercom. The house has fire extinguishers, blankets, smoke and CO alarms.

Things to note: Please no smoking inside the house or the balcony/windows and as much as I'd love pets, this house just doesn't seem suitable for them. I (the landlord) cook a lot (as I learned, apparently not many Italians cook as much as I do). IF you can demonstrate that you are capable, almost all of my cooking gears will be open to you; anything from my espresso machine to a breadmaker (however if the devices are damaged or broken beyond usability the tenant would be responsible for paying for a replacement). The house is bug-proofed (bugscreens on each windows and entrance except for the main entrance) and I'll be making sure to keep it that way. I'd like housemates who are responsible and at least, clean to a degree (I know we're not all perfect- But still). I won't be an absent landlord since I'm literally going to be living in the house. There is a robot vacuum cleaner/mop but for the soppalco PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THEM UPSTAIRS. IF THEY BREAK DUE TO FALL DAMAGE, THEY'RE EXPENSIVE AND IMPOSSIBLE TO FIX AS THEY'RE IMPORTED FROM SOUTH KOREA. No shoes indoors.
