Located in the historic center of Milan, it is an ideal location for both sightseeing and short business trips. A few steps from the MM3 Metro stops - yellow line - "Crocetta" and "Porta Romana" which connect in just 5 minutes to Milan Cathedral. Possibility in just 20 minutes of pleasant walk in historic Milan, to reach the Duomo. The apartment is located in a very interesting neighborhood full of cafes, restaurants for all tastes, shops, and old shops. Supermarket, Post Office, and Banks are just a few minutes walk from the house.

Important to note:
- at the check-in tenants will need to pay 63 per person as city tax
- due to the city event Salone del Mobile for the month of April there will be a surcharge of 30% on the month rent
- Please note that for check-in after 8pm (standard time), a cash supplement of Euro 100.00 is payable on arrival.
- Monthly rent includes 2 cleaning per month. Extra cleanings have to be paid separately.
