Light, space, and a great location overlooking the beach. You do not need more to experience the good life. A spacious salotto with two sofa beds for afternoon siestas or lazy chit chats or friends staying overnight. A terrace to watch the world go by, a spacious kitchen and dining room bathed in light, and two bedrooms with ample toilet and shower.

Explore as well the neighboring towns of Viarregio, Pietra Santa, and Forte Dei Marmi, by bike, tr(hidden)us, or car. Get bargains at the Monday morning market. Have breakfast where the locals go at Baroni by the beach walk (excellent freshly made bread!).
