The apartment, designed in a contemporary style, spans 55 sqm and comprises a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Upon entry, you'll find a corridor with sliding doors leading to a well-equipped kitchen on the right and a bathroom on the left. The corridor also serves as a storage space for household items. The living area, at the end of the corridor, features two two-seater sofas, a decorative fireplace, and a dining table for four. Three large windows illuminate the space with natural light. The living area connects seamlessly with the double bedroom, which closes with a modern-style sliding door (160 cm wide, not divisible).

Independent heating is available, along with air conditioning (one split in the living area).

Pricing Information:
The rental price includes utilities for stays up to 30 days, final cleaning, towels, sheets, condominium fees, and agency fees.

Not included in the price is the tourist tax of 4.00 per person (over the age of 12) per night for the first 7 nights, as well as utilities (water, electricity, gas) for rentals exceeding 30 days, if they surpass 70.00.

Security Deposit:
For stays up to 15 days, a security deposit of 300.00 is required via a valid credit card pre-authorization 7 days before check-in. For stays between 16 and 30 days, guests must pay 1000.00 7 days before check-in. Prepaid and/or debit cards are not accepted. Special conditions apply for rentals over 30 days.

The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee.
