The apartment is composed of four spacious bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a fully-equipped comfortable kitchen with a flat-screen SMART TV.

4) Apartment service fees for the following: 24/7 check-in and check-out, weekly cleaning of the kitchen, bathroom, corridor and student's bedroom, replacement of lost keys, 24/7 SOS assistance, checkout extra ordinary bedroom cleaning fee). Students staying for one semester (4/5 months) 700 Euro, students staying for 2 semesters (9/10 months) 1200 Euro, year students (11/12 months) 1000 Euro.
