Sentiti come a casa in questo ampio appartamento immerso in uno degli angoli ancora verdi di Padova. Questo appartamento ha visto crescere una famiglia: quale miglior poesia? E adesso potrete creare voi, con le vostre esperienze, il resto della storia di questa casa.
Poeta ha due camere da letto matrimoniali, due bagni, una cucina abitabile, un grande soggiorno e un ampio balcone. E' perfetto sia per turismo che per lavoro, grazie alla sua tranquillità e a una connessione internet veloce.

Lo spazio
La zona giorno è costituita da una cucina abitabile, completa attrezzata di tutto ciò che crediamo possa servirvi: pentole, padelle, utensili, posate, piatti, bicchieri, tazze e tazzine. Sono sempre a disposizione un po' di sale, zucchero, spezie, caffè, te, olio, aceto, detersivi. Troverete anche una macchina del caffè Nespresso (sul posto leggete le istruzioni per l'utilizzo delle cialde). Il tavolo in cucina è perfetto per colazioni, pranzi e cene, in piena intimità nello stesso posto dove il pasto viene preparato.

Come stanza separata, l'ampio soggiorno con tv e due divani, un grande tavolo, perfetto anche per fare videoconferenze di lavoro, ma anche per consumare il pasto se volete stare più larghi. In tal caso vi chiediamo di usare la protezione che trovate in uno dei cassetti in soggiorno, per non rovinare il tavolo in legno con liquidi o pietanze calde.
Dal soggiorno e dalla cucina potrete andare nel grande terrazzo, dove è possibile stendere i panni, fumare (l'unico luogo dove è consentito), prendere un caffè o una bevanda rinfrescante, godendosi la vista sul quartiere e la campagna.

La zona notte è costituita da una camera principale con un letto doppio (160x200), un grande armadio a 5 ante e una grande cassettiera. Qui potrete trovare lo stendibiancheria, cuscini e coperte aggiuntive.
La seconda camera ha un secondo letto matrimoniale (160x200) e una grande armadiatura a ponte. Inoltre è presente una grande scrivania con apposita sedia, per utilizzare la stanza come studio.

Nel corridoio della zona notte troverete una rastrelliera appendiabiti per cappotti e giacconi e nell'armadio troverete materiale di pulizia, mollette, aspirapolvere. Altro materiale di pulizia si trova in cucina.

Il bagno principale è dotato di ampia vasca, lavello, wc, bidet, In bagno troverete asciugamani, asciugacapelli, sapone, doccia schiuma e shampoo sempre a vostra disposizione (in quantità sufficiente per un giorno o due, in tempo da poter andare a fare la spesa).
Nel bagno più piccolo - cieco, con aspiratore - troverete doccia, piccolo lavabo, lavatrice e un wc con sistema di scarico sanitrit.

Make yourself at home in this spacious apartment nestled in one of Padua's green corners. This apartment has seen a family grow up: what better poem? And now you can create, with your experiences, the rest of the story of this house.
Poet has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a large living room and a large balcony. It is perfect for both tourism and business, thanks to its tranquility and a fast internet connection.

The space
The living area consists of a habitable kitchen, complete with everything we think you need: pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups and cups. Some salt, sugar, spices, coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, detergents are always available. You will also find a Nespresso coffee machine (on site read the instructions for using the pods). The table in the kitchen is perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner, in full intimacy in the same place where the meal is prepared.

As a separate room, the large living room with TV and two sofas, a large table, also perfect for videoconferencing work, but also to consume the meal if you want to stay wider. In this case we ask you to use the protection that you find in one of the drawers in the living room, so as not to ruin the wooden table with liquids or hot dishes.
From the living room and kitchen you can go to the large terrace, where you can lay your clothes, smoke (the only place where it is allowed), have a coffee or a refreshing drink, enjoying the view of the neighborhood and the countryside.

The sleeping area consists of a master bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a large 5-door wardrobe and a large chest of drawers. Here you can find the clothes rack, pillows and additional blankets.
The second room has a second double bed (160x200) and a large bridge wardrobe. There is also a large desk with a special chair, to use the room as a study.

In the corridor of the sleeping area you will find a coat rack for coats and jackets and in the wardrobe you will find cleaning material, tongs, vacuum cleaner. Other cleaning material is located in the kitchen.

The main bathroom has a large bathtub, sink, toilet, bidet, In the bathroom you will find towels, hair dryer, soap, shower foam and shampoo always at your disposal (in an amount enough for a day or two, in time to go shopping).
In the smaller bathroom - blind, with vacuum cleaner - you will find shower, small sink, washing machine and a toilet with sanitrit drainage system.

The apartment does not currently have air conditioning: summers in Veneto can be hot and humid. The house is fortunately quite cool, especially if the shutters are handled well, keeping them closed until it beats on the sun. In addition, there are two portable fans.

Poeta is a large elegant apartment from the seventies. The furniture is functional and partially inspired by thatera, making it a non-anonymous accommodation that has something to tell and with its poetry, in fact!
