Located in the center of Gignese (710m above s.l.), notable holiday resort halfway between Stresa and Mount Mottarone (1491m above s.l.), just 10 car minutes away from the Carpugnino exit of the A26 motorway, it is directly connected to the Lake by the new cableway. Moreover, the Golf Club Alpino di Stresa is just a few hundred meters away, and the Golf Club des Iles Borromées is 10 car minutes far. The house measures about 175 square meters, all on one floor, and is surrounded by a planted garden of about 850 square meters. The building is divided as follows: entrance corridor, three bedrooms, eat-in kitchen with door to the garden, two spacious living rooms, both with a fireplace and French windows leading to the big terrace and to the garden, two bathrooms and a laundry room.
