Spanning 60 sqm (645 sq ft), Rivoire comprises 1 bedroom and 2 complete bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The apartment is furnished with charming antiques, embodying the typical Florentine style. Upon entering, guests are greeted by the apartment's luminosity. A functional hallway leads either to the spacious master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom or to the living room with a dining area. The living room, bathed in natural light, provides a cozy space to unwind with a book or watch television after exploring Florence. Adjacent to the living room is the second bathroom with a shower and the fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto a delightful terrace perfect for romantic dinners or afternoon tea.

Independent heating is available, along with air conditioning: one split in the living room and one in the bedroom.

Pricing Information:
The rental price includes utilities for stays up to 30 days, final cleaning, towels, sheets, condominium fees, and agency fees.

Not included in the price is the tourist tax of 4.00 per person (over the age of 12) per night for the first 7 nights, as well as utilities (water, electricity, gas) for rentals exceeding 30 days, if they surpass 70.00.

Security Deposit:
For stays up to 15 days, a security deposit of 300.00 is required via a valid credit card pre-authorization 7 days before check-in. For stays between 16 and 30 days, guests must pay 1000.00 7 days before check-in. Prepaid and/or debit cards are not accepted. Special conditions apply for rentals over 30 days.

The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee.
