Dalla proprietà si può godere di una vista a 360° che comprende dalla catena Alpina, dove fa bella mostra di se il Monviso, fino agli Appennini Liguri con il Montezemolo il tutto circondato da vigneti e noccioleti tipici della zona, mentre il sottosuolo è ricco del famoso tartufo bianco. It s located at an altitude of 670 meters above sea level with a natural viewpoint over the surrounding area.
In this natural panorama we have an INDEPENDENT VILLA located on a single level plus a large attic (to be made habitable) and a large warehouse in the underground part. The housing unit is approximately 130 m2, composed of a large kitchen, three bedrooms, living room and independent bathroom on all four sides. From the living room we find the connecting wooden staircase that leads to the attic ofthe same size as the area below with two opposing balconies, one of which has a panoramic view of the vineyards, hills and hazelnut groves of the Alta Langa. the house is surrounded by a large garden planted with tall trees, all fenced and closed by a gate with a pedestrian passage from the road and a driveway.
In the external part there are two stairs on each side of the house which lead to the lower floor where we find access to the warehouse of the same size as the part above.
From the property you can enjoy a 360° view that includes the Alpine chain, where Monviso stands out, up to the Ligurian Apennines with Montezemolo, all surrounded by vineyards and hazelnut groves typical of the area, while the subsoil is rich in famous white truffle.
