This TWO-BEDROOM apartment consists of two shared bedrooms (two bed in each room),
a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a wide 25mq terrace, accessible from each bedroom.

(235.- MONTHLY RENT - BED UP)

+ 230.- FOR ALL UTILITIES such as gas, electricity, water, heating, weekly cleaning, WIFI connection, broadcasting fee, waste collection taxes, condominium expenses, contract regulation and administration costs, and even your own damage INSURANCE!)
- Please note that this bedroom is without door, therefore it lacks privacy, as people need to walk through it to get to other bedroom.

In order to book this shared room (for a minimum of 10 months) a DEPOSIT is required (= 1.430.- euro total).
The deposit includes three things:
- 255.- euro EARNEST MONEY (not refundable in the event of cancellation) (Caparra Confirmatoria);
- 675.- euro GUARANTEE (not refundable in the event of cancellation) (Garanzia).
