Internal Description:
Recently renovated, this apartment spans 100 sqm (1076 sq.ft) and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers. Upon entering, you'll find the first bedroom with twin beds (joinable) and a flat-screen TV. Connected to this room and accessible from the entrance hallway is the living room with a sofa and TV, linked to the well-equipped kitchen with induction burners. The corridor leads to the second bedroom with twin beds (joinable) and then to the third bedroom with a double bed. At the end of the corridor are the two bathrooms, both equipped with showers. The larger bathroom also houses a washing machine that doubles as a dryer.

Independent heating is available, along with air conditioning in the living room/kitchen and all bedrooms.

Pricing Information:
The rental price includes utilities for stays up to 30 days, final cleaning, towels, sheets, condominium fees, and agency fees.

Not included in the price is the tourist tax of 4.00 per person (over the age of 12) per night for the first 7 nights, as well as utilities (water, electricity, gas) for rentals exceeding 30 days, if they surpass 70.00.

The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee.

Security Deposit:
For stays up to 15 days, a security deposit of 300.00 is required via a valid credit card pre-authorization 7 days before check-in. For stays between 16 and 30 days, guests must pay 1000.00 7 days before check-in. Prepaid and/or debit cards are not accepted. Special conditions apply for rentals over 30 days.
