This apartment is nestled in Milan city centre, close to Piazza Cinque Giornate, and it is well served by public transports, such as buses and trams. Moreover, being close to Milan Dateo station means that you can easily travel both inside Milan and to the suburbs.
In the neighbourhood there are plenty of services, including supermarkets, pharmacies, clubs and restaurants, all within 500 meters.
Services in the area include a Carrefour Express supermarket (Via Bezzecca, 10 at 200 meters), the Monte Nero Pharmacy (Viale Monte Nero, 59 at 500 meters) and an Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. bank (Via Spartaco, 12 at 200 meters).
Living room and kitchen
The flat opens onto a spacious living area with contemporary furniture and a state-of-the-art kitchen. In the living room there is an oversize sofa bed, a flat screen TV framed by a huge bookcase and a table with six chairs, perfectly matching the modern theme of the room. The kitchen is fully fitted with top-quality appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher) and comes with a luxury island with an induction hob and a double bowl sink.

A long corridor takes to the night area, which is composed of two bedrooms. The first bedroom has white elements and features two single beds - to be combined in a double bed - a desk with two chairs and a spacious wardrobe with several doors. Also the second bedroom is mainly white and comprises some wooden pieces of furniture, a comfortable double bed, two bedside tables and a wall closet with plenty of space for clothes and personal belongings.
Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms: the first one comes with some wood details, a functional shower stall and all comforts; the second one, which has a matching style, is equipped with a bathtub and an oversize mirror.
HOUSE RULES
Our prices include Residence Service with assistance and include: VAT10%, utilities (electricity and gas up to a maximum daily amount), check-in assisted by (hidden) Staff, internet Wi-fi. You do not have to pay condominium fees or agency fees.

Tax excluded from the price:
For stays of 30 nights or longer, during the check-in, a short term tenancy agreement will be stipulated. In order to properly register the contract, the payment of a stamp duty (equal to 32) and a registration tax (equal to 2% of the rent with a minimum of 67) will be needed - only half of this amount will be paid by the guest. There are exemptions in case of application of the tax withholding (cedolare secca) fiscal regime.
During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy (more information: (hidden)).
Security deposit
We remind you that on arrival day will be required a security deposit, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 72 working hours from day of departure.
Check-in time
The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. - 30.
Final Cleaning Service
You may have to pay a fine starting from 30 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e. floor, furniture, etc.) in good conditions; leave the kitchen clean (hob with no meal leftovers and/or dishes and tableware to wash); dispose of trash properly.
Utilities
The utilities are included up to a maximum daily amount in order to respect the environment.
Rules
Smoke is forbidden even with open windows. Electronic cigarettes are not allowed as well. Any kind of drug is forbidden.
It is forbidden to host during the night people who havent checked in. It is forbidden to make noise from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

La prima camera si compone di due letti singoli, che è possibile unire in un comodo letto matrimoniale. Allinterno, inoltre, si trovano una scrivania con due sedie e un ampio armadio a più ante. La seconda camera, invece, è composta da un ampio letto matrimoniale, ai cui lati sono presenti due comodini, e un grande armadio.
Bagni
Allinterno del trilocale si possono trovare due bagni. Nel primo è presente una grande doccia, nonché tutti i sanitari necessari. Questi ultimi si trovano anche nel secondo bagno, il quale è dotato di una comoda vasca da bagno e un grande specchio.
