La mansarda ricorda la prua di una barca sui tetti di Torino. E' molto piccola ma ristrutturata con cura e amore dei dettagli, ha tutto il necessario per abitare: cucina, frigorifero doccia, armadio, piatti, pentole ecc... il quartiere e' molto centrale e multietnico. Affaccia sulla piazza del famoso mercato di Porta Palazzo dove si puo' acquistare di tutto, dagli alimentari ai vestiti. Il riscaldamento e' autonomo.
