The bed is located in a double room inside a co-living building.

Your stay will be very pleasant: our shared kitchen with dining room, relaxation rooms, study rooms for socializing or simply studying in company; TV room to watch films and matches; internet point and let's not forget the practicality: reserved internal industrial laundry, internal parking spaces, a large green park with vineyard and the reception always available.
The monthly cost includes all consumption, weekly cleaning with linen change, wifi and 24-hour availability.

CONTRACT
Please, note that to all our listings we apply fortnightly contracts. This means that If you check-in during the first half of the month, you will be charged for the full month.
