The rental property has well over 1000 square metres with its own private sea access and beach. The size of the area can also be extended to 3000 square metres on request – depending on the objective and business orientation

Il kite spot può essere affittato con tutte le licenze necessarie (progetti) per una scuola di kite su richiesta e previo accordo con edificio, bar, stand e presenza internet.

Solo il gestore, cioè l'affittuario, può ottenere le licenze e le registrazioni necessarie per il bar e la ristorazione.

L’affitto è oggetto di trattativa a seconda dei desideri dell’inquilino.

La proprietà in affitto dispone di oltre 1000 metri quadrati con accesso privato al mare e spiaggia. Su richiesta la superficie può essere ampliata anche fino a 3.000 metri quadrati, a seconda dell'obiettivo e dell'orientamento aziendale

Der Kitespot kann mit allen nötigen Lizenzen (Projekten) für eine Kiteschule auf Anfrage und auf Verhandlungsbasis mit Gebäude, Bar, Stand und Internetauftritt gemietet werden.

Nur der Betreiber, also der Pächter, kann die notwendigen Lizenzen und Anmeldungen für die Bar und Gastronomie einholen.

Der Mietpreis ist je nach Mieterwunsch Verhandlungssache.

Das Mietobjekt verfügt über weit über 1000 Quadratmeter mit eigenem Meerzugang und Strand. Auf Wunsch kann die Flächengröße – je nach Zielsetzung und Geschäftsausrichtung – auch auf 3.000 Quadratmeter erweitert werden
