The accommodation is a 43 m2 studio apartment in via Feletto 56 in Turin, set up as follows: Entrance from the landing on the mezzanine floor, on the right bathroom with shower with window, you continue along a small corridor and enter a space with a sofa bed; on the left at the back, kitchen table with chairs and new 32" television.
On the right, division from the sleeping area with kitchen block with fridge, sink and glass-ceramic induction plate, with new microwave; it continues with a double black IKEA loft bed and underneath an industrial style L-shaped desk, new black IKEA wardrobe, custom-made black wall bookcase.
The entire space is air conditioned.
The whole is completed by a clean, easily accessible cellar laundry room, where a washing machine and a dryer are located on the lower floor.
The heating is managed by thermovalves; the windows are PVC with new double glazing, just fitted.
The request is €500/month + expenses, where the expenses are: Water, €60/year, Condominium management €200/year, Heating: (110m3) €560/year, TARI €120/year, all for one person.
